Terms & Policies
Appointments & Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Cancellations made with less notice than this will incur a charge for the full session fee. If you do not attend your appointment without notifying us, the full session fee will be charged.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, we will do our best to treat you for the remaining time available, but your session may need to be shortened so we can stay on schedule for other patients. The full session fee will still apply.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash or card/contactless. If you are claiming through private health insurance, please bring your policy details, as you will need to pay at the time of treatment and claim reimbursement directly from your insurer.
Professional Registration
Sally Wade is a registered osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), the statutory regulatory body for osteopaths in the UK. All osteopaths must be registered with the GOsC to practise legally.
Consent to Treatment
Before treatment begins, we will explain the proposed assessment and treatment, and you are free to ask questions or decline any part of it at any time. Your consent will be sought before treatment starts and throughout, particularly for sensitive areas.
Complaints
If you have any concerns about your treatment or experience at the clinic, please contact us directly at hello@surreyosteopathiccare.co.uk so we can address this promptly. You also have the right to raise a complaint with the General Osteopathic Council.
